Please reach our to our Project Manager, icgmv.charlotte@gmail.com, if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The conference will be virtually held on Friday September 13th, 2023.
This conference is a good fit for someone looking to dive head on into learning about group visits - specifically lessons from established experts in the field - but not for someone who is looking to learn the basics of GMVs. For those folks, we recommend our virtual facilitation training course running on the nights of October 25th and November 1st.
The discussion groups block will include a variety of themed discussion groups: Zoom breakout groups where attendees can learn from others in the group medical visit field. You will be able to choose which breakout room to join, and will be able to join multiple groups within the 35 minute block.
The current discussion group offerings are:
These groups may be modified based on attendee interest indicated in the conference registration form.
Breakout sessions, or symposia, are formal scholarly presentations that bring new insights into a particular area of group visits. These sessions may have multiple presenters representing
different institutions. Workshop sessions are interactive sessions that focus on skill- building and demonstration.
We offer partial and full scholarships for those in need. We also provide discounts to our Circle of Friends and Sponsor organizations that they may choose to share with their employees.
The conference will be held on Zoom.
No, you can join the conference as a guest on Zoom.
Yes, the conference will be recorded. Attendees will get access to the recordings as soon as possible following the day of the conference. CME credits can only be earned if attendees register for the conference - you cannot earn CME from watching the recordings.
Please email icgmv.info@gmail.com for conference and technical related questions. We will also be monitoring the Zoom room chats during the conference, and will answer questions as soon as we see them.
