We offer various exercise groups throughout the week. These groups include; rigorous exercise, light resistance training, and an evening exercise class for those who can only make it later in the day.
Our yoga program is offered in two forms; basic yoga fundamentals, and chair yoga.
We offer free community based mental health services in group settings to those who are dealing with anxiety and other common mental health diagnoses. Our mental health Clinician, Dr.Cruz has lots of experience working with both children and adults. We offer separate groups for the children and adults on Mondays.
The Lifestyle fit, functional medicine, and acupuncture groups are led by a medical
professionals who provide a holistic approach at living a healthier lifestyle.
