On Giving Tuesday - December 3rd, 2024 – the whole world comes together to give back in many different ways: through acts of kindness, gifts of voice, time, talent, or treasure.
This year, ICGMV is asking for support to help us keep our acupuncture, yoga, and nutrition group medical visits free. These transformative programs have helped countless individuals in the Greater Lawrence community improve their health and well-being. ICGMV is transitioning away from funding sources that have supported these programs in the past, and we are looking to our community for support to help us continue these important community programs. Your generous donation will directly support these vital services and ensure that everyone has access to holistic care, regardless of their financial situation.
Together, we can make a difference. Your gift will empower individuals to take control of their health, reduce healthcare costs, and build a stronger, healthier community. Please consider donating today and help us continue providing these invaluable services. Your support will be instrumental in keeping these programs accessible and free for all.

Thank you for your support in 2023!
We are raising funds to provide greater access to group visits by offering free community group programs and scholarships for healthcare professionals and allied health workers to implement groups in their community.
With your help, we can increase access to the benefits of group visit programs for all!
ICGMV is proud to announce that we are now a part of the PayPal Giving Fund program.
PayPal Giving Fund is an IRS registered 501(c)(3) public charity that helps donors support enrolled charities and organizations like ourselves.
By making a donation through PayPal or other online partnered platforms, you will be provided a formal receipt acknowledging your contribution.
Group Medical Visits (GMVs) have been making meaningful contributions to the health care community, and the research supports this model’s promise for improving health outcomes. The most notable outcomes have been shown in groups focusing on pregnancy, diabetes care, and chronic pain management.
GMVs lead to an improved health-related quality of life by providing patients with valuable peer support and connection, more time with clinicians, better access to quality care, and options for managing conditions. These measures result in better self-efficacy and healthier patients. With happier and healthier patients, fewer health care expenditures and less utilization of resources, such as emergency room visits and acute care visits.
The impact is not limited to patient health and satisfaction though! GMVs are a real win-win with improved provider satisfaction, productivity, as well as patient recruitment and retention. All in all, GMVs are proving to be valuable not only for the lives of patients, but also our clinicians and overall healthcare system.
ICGMV has been practicing group medical visits in Lawrence, MA for over 25 years and can vouch for these great effects and better health outcomes. We now want to take what we have learned to the next level, not only protecting our center during this time of uncertainty, but transforming how we provide care in the future.
It is our mission to continue sharing our experiences and being a leader in training, support, research, and innovation for group models everywhere. With your help, we can continue to improve health and well-being from afar.
